**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs
- Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Oversee the sales process, including upselling additional services and accessories to enhance revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation for all financial activities
- Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members to promote professional growth
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall dealership performance

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in automotive service management or dealership operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience as a mechanic preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts inventory management, and dealership standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
