We are excited to find an Assistant Manager to join our crew **What You’ll Do**: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Taproom Managers to keep things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - **Keeping the Flow**: Order and monitor inventory, manage reservations and implement solutions to ensure the taproom space remains functional and efficient. - **Event Liaison**: Coordinate onsite events, act as a liaison with third-party vendors, manage our Showpass profile, and communicate updates to our team and guests. - **Team Builder**: Assist in hiring and training new team members and help to organize epic staff parties and team-building events. - **Community Champion**: Plan and drive community volunteering and engagement initiatives to further connect with Inglewood/Ramsay and beyond. - **Cleaning and Organization**:Help with taproom and patio cleaning and organizing, from dusting our handmade disco ornaments to vacuuming our floral couches. This is a team effort, and everyone pitches in to keep the space fresh. - **Slinging Pints and Taking Orders**:You’ll have the chance to connect with our amazing regulars, serve up our award-winning beers/bevies, manage the line, collect glassware, and cuddle with puppies. Upon completion of training, the role will be split between administrative tasks and hours on the floor. Over time, you’ll also take on more leadership responsibilities, including running the floor on busy weekends and evenings. **Who You Are**: Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You have a natural ability to connect with people. You’ll need to have a proven track record of providing excellent service, staying calm and confident in handling conflicts, and always maintaining a friendly, approachable vibe that makes our guests feel welcome. We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet and adapt quickly and calmy when things don’t go as planned. If something’s not working, you’re not the type to get stuck—you know how to pivot and get things done. Creativity is key here We love fresh ideas and are excited about trying new, non-traditional solutions that work for our team and our guests. Which starts first and foremost with us as staff. **Qualifications**: - **ProServe** (required) - **Protect** (preferred) - **Standard First Aid**(welcomed, but not necessary) - Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and partners for event operations is a plus. **Skills**: - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, professional setting. - Creativity and flexible thinking—someone who loves thinking outside the box and gets excited about ideas that aren’t traditional, but work for us - You’re a self-starter with experience managing projects from beginning to end with mínimal supervision.
