**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology principles.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.
- Strong serving skills.
- Team player as we do group service.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with POS systems for processing orders and payments is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
