**Tollestrup Construction Inc**. has been operating within the construction industry since 1940. We mine and manufacture several different types of sand and rock products, while providing concrete aggregates, asphalt related products and services; such as road building, paving, road reclamation, profiling and concrete.

**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for **Equipment Operators** for our **Base Crews**. In this position, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such Skid Steer, and Hoe while working as a team to meet project/job deadlines. Other general labourer duties are included in this position.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience and knowledge of road construction is considered an asset.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment experience.
- Must obtain Class 5 Drivers License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
