Then CAE is the right employer for you Come share your passion with us **The role we are offering you**: The Trainer, Leadership & Learning will collaborate with functions across the organization to help facilitate and sustain industry leading leadership development and learning programs. The position will support our focus on building leadership competencies and capabilities across the organization and incorporate our High Tech skills to create a learning-centric culture. Are you ready to: - Facilitate leadership development and learning programs to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders across the globe and across different time zone. - Leverage technology to deliver training programs, as appropriate, including LMS, virtual instructor-led training. - Collect program feedback from participants and leaders; make suggestions for continuous training program improvement based on feedback. - Assist the leadership development team in the design of learning programs using a variety of methods (eLearning, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning). - Promote a learning culture by partnering with leaders at all levels on building employee competency through learning and on-the-job training. - Consult with sites to understand their unique learning needs and partner with the L&D team to create solutions that meet these needs and develop talent. - Support the organization in the optimization and adoption of key talent management initiatives including not limited to performance management, employee recognition, and engagement. - Act as a content expert in the development of training programs aimed at improving leadership - A bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources, or Adult Education. Master degree in an asset. - At least 5 years of progressive training, human resources, or talent management experience. - Demonstrated expertise in facilitating learning programs. - Well-developed ability to influence business leaders at all levels of the organization. - Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience in creation of leadership development and learning programs using a variety of methods (eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning). - Be and be seen to be a collaborative, inspirational, inclusive, and innovative leader. - Willingness to travel to various work locations - Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit - French an asset **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued the opportunity to travel internationally. - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences - the opportunity to be involved on Boards of Directors - flexible schedules - attractive employee benefits Come share your passion with us LI-JN1 **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
