**Position Overview**

The Construction Landscape Labourer plays an important hand-on role in the successful delivery of residential landscape construction projects. Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor, this position supports daily site activities by assisting skilled trades, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role required physical stamina, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Applicants must have 3 or more years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment at all times.
- Prepare and maintain clean, hazard-free construction sites.
- Assist with setup and teardown of temporary structures (fencing, hoarding, etc.).
- Support skilled trades and supervisors with day-to-day tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials across the site using manual and powered equipment.
- Move, spread and level soil, gravel, and other aggregates as directed.
- Installation of stonework, patios, retaining walls, and plant material.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and properly.
- Perform routine site cleanup and assist with general equipment handling

- Arrive on time and be ready to work at the assigned location each day.
- Maintain a tidy and organized site by returning tools and materials to designated areas.
- Work respectfully and collaboratively with all crew members and trades.
- Represent Easton professionally by wearing company-issued apparel.

**Required Qualifications**
- Previous experience in landscaping, general labour, or construction (preferred but not required).
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs+ and working outdoors in varying weather.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow verbal directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites (required).
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots (required; all other PPE provided).

**Job Details**
- **Employment Type**:Full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime.
- **Hours**:Shifts may begin as early as 7:00 a.m. and finish up to 6:00 p.m.
- **Work Location**:Projects located primarily in Mississauga, Oakville, and Etobicoke. Team members must arrange their own transportation to the first job site or Easton office.
- **Dress Code**:Easton-branded workwear (provided) must be worn on-site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
