Saskatoon, Canada Mobil Grain Ltd Full time

**Mobil Grain is now hiring a full-time Transportation & Logistics Supervisor to work out of our Delisle location**, working with Big Sky Rail and Last Mountain Railway. Mobil Grain is a family-founded company (now owned by AGT Foods) that operates the 2 Saskatchewan shortline railroads: LMR (85 miles) and BGS (250 miles). **We’re looking for a detail-orientated, efficient, organized team player** - someone who can leverage thier planning and organizational skills to support our train crews and maintain the fundamentals of our transportation software and systems.

**We offer a health benefits package after 3 months of full-time work, as well as an optional retirement savings plan after 6 months full-time. We pay well for experience, precision, and efficiency.**

This position combines a wide variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):

- Participate in planning and execution of train movements
- Monitor and update car movements in our transportation management software
- Dispatch and supervision of train crews
- Data collection, organizing and reporting
- Inbound and outbound car control and data entry
- Customer service coordination and planning
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required
- Be proficient in computer skills, particularly have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Be organized and detail focused
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Have a valid, Class 5 Driver’s License
- Be self motivated
- Be willing to work on call (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
