**Pay-** Cleaners can earn up to $27.72 per hour. Plus bonuses and tips

**Advancement opportunities** - We are a growing company & will be looking to grow people into lead trainers & general managers.

**Responsibilities**
- Show up to all scheduled cleans 5 minutes early
- Greet client with a smile and Sparkle Magic Salutation.
- Remove dirt from home.
- Have the client do a walk through.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years house cleaning experience
- Lift 20 lbs.
- Stand, Bend, Kneel, Push, Pull and perform cleaning duties
- Read, speak, and write English fluently
- Valid driver's license
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Pass a criminal background check
- Admire your work

**Results**
- Increase in recurring clients
