We are growing fast and are looking for a skilled **Electrical Assembler** to help us keep pace. What You’ll Do
- **Interpret electrical schematics & layouts** to plan each build step.
- **Wire control panels**—crimping, terminating, routing and labeling to UL and CSA standards.
- **Assemble large electromechanical products** (enclosures, bus bars, power resistors, switchgear).
- **Verify quality**: continuity tests, torque checks, visual inspections.
- **Collaborate with engineering & QC** to solve problems early and improve processes.
- Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized; follow all safety procedures.
- Pitch in with other production tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring
- **3+ years** hands-on experience in panel wiring or industrial electrical assembly.
- Electrical Technician diploma **or** Red Seal/442A apprenticeship progress **or** equivalent training.
- Confidence with hand & power tools, ferrule crimping, and labelling systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg).
- Basic safety training.
- BONUS: Familiarity with CSA C22.2 No. 286 or UL 508A.
