Surveillance Plus une division du Centre de Surveillance National Armstrong’s. Nos répartiteurs traitent divers types d'alarme 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine, 365 jours par année. Les alarmes dont nous faisons la surveillance inclut mais ne sont pas limités aux alarme de cambriolage, alarme d'incendie, alarme de panique, alarme environnementale, les conditions de troubles, etc. Nous offrons aussi la surveillance des boutons d'urgence personnelle médicale à voix bi-directionnelle Nous contactons aussi les services d'urgence en cas de besoin: Police / Service d'incendie / Ambulance / Agence de sécurité etc.
- Doit être bilingue. (Anglais et Français)
- Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail rapide.
- Doit être capable de rester calme et travailler dans des situations hautes en pression et en stress.
- Doit être bon à gérer plusieurs choses à la fois.
- Minutieux.
- Doit être fiable et ponctuelle.
- Doit être désireux d'apprendre.
- Doit avoir une bonne esprit d’équipe
- Avoir une carte BSP ou ne pas avoir de dossier criminel pour être éligible d'appliquer pour celle-ci

Welcome to Armstrong National Alarm Monitoring

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of operators here at our Montreal monitoring station Surveillance Plus by Armstrong.

Our dispatchers handle various types of alarms 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alarms we monitor include but are not limited to; burglary alarms, fire alarms, panic/hold up alarms, environmental alarms, trouble conditions, etc. We also provide two-way audio PERS medical monitoring. Dispatching services when necessary: Police / fire department / ambulance / guard services, etc.
- Must be bilingual
- Must be able to work in a very fast pace work environment
- Able to stay calm and work in high pressure/stress situations
- Great multitasker
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Eager to learn
- Excellent team player
- Provide a criminal record check to be applicable for a BSP license card holder.
