Apprentice Carpenter

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry field while working under the guidance of skilled professionals. The Carpenter Apprentice will assist in various construction and woodworking tasks, learning essential skills that will contribute to their development as a carpenter.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction of new builds and renovations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Help with cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Engage in restoration projects, including construction painting and caulking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles, woodworking techniques, and construction practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new techniques.
