John Bear Auto Group is looking for a reliable and customer friendly part-time **Receptionist **for our St Catharines dealership. This position will work 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, answering the phones.

**Duties include**:
Answering a multi-line switchboard.

Greeting customers in a polite manner as they enter the building and directing them to the proper areas of the dealership.

Assisting Sales Managers and sales staff with basic office administration.

Making sure office equipment is running properly (copiers have toner and paper).

Closing out of Moneris VISA machines at the end of your shift.

Sorting and filing service repair orders and Parts customer invoices.

**Hours**:
Saturday 9am-5pm

(8 hours total)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
