Scarborough, Canada Lamochi Sweets - Japanese Mochi Donuts – Scarborough, ON Full time

**Lamochi Sweets** is a specialty Japanese mochi donut store looking to expand into more locations. We are looking for a great assistant manager that will be reporting to the store manager. This position will be responsible in looking after the store, help grow sales and maintain brand standards. You will be supervising a team and be the core of creating great staff and customer experiences.

**Key Qualifications**:
1+ years of food & beverage experience is considered an asset
Strong personality with a natural leadership skills
Strong customer service skills
Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

**What you will be doing**:
Inventory management, including inventory counts, receiving and ordering
Ensure all staff complies with store procedures, quality, cleanliness and continuous customer service
Make sure coins and small bills are available
Staff Scheduling - maintain healthy roster & conduct frequent recruiting
Sales & targeting meetings
Launch all new initiatives and improvements to ensure Excellency in execution
End of Day reports and Cash is balanced at the store

**Requirements**:
Minimum High school graduate or equivalent working experience
Management: Min 1 year preferred
Food handler certificate will be an asset

**Operating Hours & Availability**:
Minimum 40 hours per weeks, flexible to work open, closing, weekends & holidays

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
