**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, dig trenches, level ground, and complete other site preparation tasks.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment in compliance with all safety protocols and

regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment to ensure it is

functioning properly.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate operations and ensure project

goals are met.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, including equipment maintenance and operational logs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to report any issues or concerns.
- 3-5 years of experience operating dozers, excavators, and loaders in a [construction,

mining, or relevant] environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or heavy equipment training is a plus).
- Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations for heavy equipment

operation.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and basic maintenance on machinery.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding

environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required.
