**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings, models, and documentation using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate representation of structural elements and systems.
- Interpret design specifications, calculations, and sketches to produce accurate drawings.
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate feedback and changes throughout the design process.
- Generate detailed material lists, schedules, and other project documentation as required.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of drawings and project files.

**Qualifications**
- **REQUIRED: Basic working proficiency in AutoCAD AND Revit.**:

- **REQUIRED: Advanced working proficiency in either AutoCAD OR Revit.**:

- **REQUIRED: Understanding of structural drawings and details.**:

- **REQUIRED: Ability to produce structural drawings from scratch.**:

- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Vectorworks is considered in asset.
- Proven experience as a drafter in a structural engineering or firm is an asset.
- Drafting Technologists & Technicians are preferred.

- Interest in the construction industry and structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at once efficiently with minimum mistakes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Schedule**
- Flexible Hours (During Work Hours)
- At least 37.5 hours per week
- Opportunity for a 4-day work week
- Be able to work on the weekend occasionally

**Salary**
- $20.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience
- Annual Bonus

**Salary**: $20.32-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
