**MSK Rehabilitation Services (MSK Rehab),**a division of **Santé Circle Health**, is a well-respected multi-disciplinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through a collaborative approach. We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Clinic Coordinator of Rehabilitation Services, the Client Services Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage client intake data, including scheduling, admitting, and checking out clients.
- Maintain the flow of patients throughout the clinic, keeping clinical staff informed of appointments.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide effective communication between patients, clinical staff, and management.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the clinic’s waiting and reception areas.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Provide clerical support to clinical staff as needed, including managing files and other administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure efficient operations and a high standard of patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet browsing, network databases, and document management systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service focus.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.
