Key Responsibilities

a) Handle new student registrations and inquiries from parents efficiently and professionally.

b) Maintain accurate records of registrations and follow up with prospective clients as needed.

c) Monitor and ensure organized learning experience.

d) Assist with scheduling and coordinating classes or events as needed.

e) Maintain and update records, schedules, and office documentation.

f) Serve as the first point of contact for parents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

g) Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for parents, students, and visitors.

h) Support the management team with any additional tasks or projects related to the smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

a) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

c) Ability to work independently and take initiative.

e) Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is an hourly position with flexible working hours as per the centre's operational requirements.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
