**What You’ll Do**

The **Digital Content Specialist** is responsible for providing East Penn Canada with digital communications and marketing support services to their assigned internal customers. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital content that not only clearly communicates and markets the East Penn Canada difference, but also supports the end-to-end customer sales journey and/or the East Penn Canada employee experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Effectively support various teams across the organization by developing high quality digital content that aligns to the East Penn Canada brand as well as the business strategies and objectives
- Take ownership of each stage of the digital content development process, from ideation to final delivery.
- Create, recommend & execute digital media strategies to support various East Penn Canada initiatives, events, programs & campaigns
- Establish, recommend & manage the social content calendar
- Manage & execute content strategies across different social media platforms
- Effectively collaborate with team members & customers to plan, design, execute & maintain all internal & external online communications
- Create digital content to generate leads, drive growth & customer acquisition
- Review digital content KPIs & develop recommendations for improvements
- Review & ensure all website content has consistent look & feel and is formatted to established brand standards
- Analyze website traffic & user engagement to drive thoughtful data-driven recommendations through the use of web & SEO metrics

**Experience, Skills & Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, Content Development or Communications
- Minimum 3-5 years in product marketing or similar type role in a B2B environment.
- Experience in battery industry is not required, but preferred
- Strong creative & analytical skills with ability to solve problems both independently & collaboratively
- Strong writing (in both digital and traditional space), proofreading & editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence & interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Flexible work style which adjusts to multiple demands within a changing & fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint would be an asset.
- Understanding of Sprout Social would be considered an asset
