Affinity eSolutions Inc. is currently looking for a driven and independent **Affinity Care Representative - Virtual Collector **to join our team.
You will be tasked with supporting healthcare professionals for our clients utilizing the very best Compliance Monitoring Program available today. The Collector's primary responsibility is to provide coverage in the field ensuring that virtual collections are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a professional environment for participants, perform with confidence all aspects of the testing, including specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Embody the winning culture of Affinity and foster an unparalleled client-relationship to build and establish trust as the lead point of contact.
- Resolve client issues efficiently with diplomacy and professionalism
- Ensure virtual collections are completed on time and accurately according to established procedures
- Completes oral fluid, blood spot, and nail collections virtually.
- Responsible for completing Chain of Custody (COC) forms
- Must guide participant on proper labelling of specimens as required.
- Ensuring proper shipping methods are arranged to pick up specimen.
- Maintains records of each specimen collected. Support Record Deletion process when directed by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and techniques.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- Capable to manage time-sensitive duties.
- Must be comfortable and willing to present themselves professionally in front of a camera
- Flexible to shift work between7:00AM - 7:00PM, Monday to Friday.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
