**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shipping and Receiving**:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with established procedures and shipping methods.
- Create shipping labels, and documents, and maintain accurate records for all shipments.
- Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving quantities and quality of products.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in the reconciliation of discrepancies.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on received and outgoing products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Identify and report any quality or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials and operating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal team members.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
- Good computer skills for data entry and label printing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 2 years experience in shipping and receiving required.
