**So what’s this role all about?**
As a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks. You will respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge, support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes. You will merchandise product and ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, product is stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly.
Your hours of work will generally be 9:30pm-6:00am.
