We are seeking compassionate and dedicated nursing students to join our team as Senior Companions. This role is ideal for nursing students looking to gain valuable experience working with the elderly while making a meaningful impact in their lives. As a Senior Companion, you will provide companionship, assistance, and support to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors.
- Assist with daily activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Accompany seniors on walks, errands, and appointments.
- Promote social interaction and mental stimulation through activities such as games, reading, and hobbies.
- Monitor and report any changes in the senior's health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment, building strong and trusting relationships with seniors and their families.

**Experience**:

- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly and improving their quality of life.
- Ability to be patient, empathetic, and attentive to the needs of seniors.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and elderly care is a plus.
