**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper food handling practices.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing transactions and managing cash handling procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through team management and effective communication.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement strategies that drive sales and improve service quality.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Excellent supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Background in hospitality or hotel experience
