**Position Overview**:
Are you a recent Kinesiology graduate, PTA, or Chiropractic assistant with a passion for patient care and a desire to make a meaningful impact? Join us as a Clinic Technical Assistant In this role, you’ll work closely with our Doctor and the patients, helping the patients through their recovery by operating high tech spinal decompression machines, administering the most advance laser therapy modality in the world, and assisting with therapeutic stretches. You’ll also lend a hand to our reception team when needed. No prior experience with spinal decompression is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in this role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate spinal decompression machines, ensuring patients receive safe, effective treatment.
- Administer laser therapy following our established protocols, while maintaining a warm, supportive atmosphere for patients.
- Assist patients with stretches and rehabilitation exercises, encouraging their progress and providing guidance.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with a helpful, friendly attitude.
- Support the reception team with administrative tasks like data entry and managing appointments using our Patient Management Software (PMP).
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Office Patient Management Software (PMP) is a plus.
- A team player who can adapt and learn new technologies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, or medical clinic is an asset but not required.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $18.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
