We are seeking an Entry Level Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and manage their risks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-oriented, and looking to start a career in the insurance industry.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients by understanding their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
- Analyze clients' current coverage and identify potential gaps or opportunities for additional coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms of insurance policies
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and techniques
- Familiarity with insurance sales practices and products
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Proficiency in telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales

**Salary**: $19.01-$22.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
