Location: Anywhere (preferably Toronto). **The Strategic Expansion Role**: This is a key role within the organization and you will be working closely with the executive team. In this role you will oversee all things related to program expansion. This includes recruiting new program directors to launch cities and virtual programs and creating initial awareness and partnerships in new geographies. **Experience we're looking for**: - 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development, growth, or partnership roles. - Prior experience hiring and building teams. **What you’ll be doing**: - Expand TKS across the world, both our in-person and virtual programs. - Active headhunting of TKS Directors and Associate Directors (and you'll meet some pretty incredible people in the process. They tend to be former founders, worked at top tech companies, early stage startups, VC, Consulting etc..) - Create strategic partnerships with organizations. We work with companies around the world including Amazon, Google, United Nations, and many more. Leverage these partnerships to launch programs and provide financial aid to students who may need support. - Work cross-functionally with teams on workforce planning and creating timelines to service our growth. **Traits we're looking for**: - Results-driven, ambitious, and gets things done. - Loves building zero-to-one, entrepreneurial. - Ability to figure things out. - Finds ways to turn a no into a maybe and a maybe into a yes. - Exceptional communication of our vision and mission. - Has a long term perspective about the work they do and how it impacts organizations. **Three reasons why people join the TKS team**: - The fulfillment and joy of helping ambitious young people discover their passion, achieve their potential, and make lifelong friendships.
