In the role of **Accounts Receivable Clerk (12-month contract), **you will efficiently manage and optimize the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and fostering positive relationships with clients, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage all Company credits in accounts payable.
- Primary focus is US accounts receivable processing and supporting:

- Transfers and claims
- Collection communication with customers
- Execute month-end tasks and reconciliations.
- Assist with annual financial statement audit.
- Support weekly US EFT draws from distributors.
- Routinely evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to senior team members.

**What you have**:

- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable
- Attention to detail is paramount.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Prioritization and management of multiple competing tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Keen interest in solving problems.
- Operate as an owner and see issues and opportunities through to end state.
- Ability to work independently and within a team is key.
