Night Shift: Mon - Thurs (5pm - 5:30am) **a 3 day weekend with an additional $2.20 per hour shift premium**

**Job Purpose**
- Operate small hand tools - drills, grinders, and other hand tools related to the jobs needs
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Operate overhead crane safely
- Use hammer and chisel to remove weld spatter from parts
- Perform general inspection on booms to ensure all required parts are in place
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
- Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
- Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Operate overhead crane
- Must be organized, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude in the work place
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Other duties as assigned by the lead hand

**Physical requirements**
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Spend time bending or twisting the body
Repetitive tasks with few breaks
