Do we clean toilets? Vacuum? Mop? Yes. And we dust, remove recycling, take out the trash, and spruce up the windows. It is an awesome way to get into a flow state and clear your mind. Cleaning is the definition of honest, satisfying, work.

Hero Maid Cleaning is a growing commercial cleaning company that services dental clinics, doctor’s offices, professional buildings, and construction companies, throughout the Cowichan Valley. We started through a friendly acquisition, purchasing the company from our partners 3 years ago, having doubled the business in that time. We are driven by two complimentary principles: love for our clients and love for our employees.

**Responsibilities**
- On-site cleaning at 4-6 office/commercial cleaning sites each evening, working with another team member.
- Detailed, conscientious, and efficient cleaning.
- With your partner(s) work as team to accomplish great results at each site.
- Reaching “Gold Star” status with each client.
- Attend company operations meetings (huddles).
- Communication with management regarding the needs of each client you service.
- Report daily via software.
- Properly care for equipment, supplies, and company vehicle.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to hustle on your feet for 4-8 hours.
- A lifestyle conducive to working on the evening Monday through Friday.
- Physically fit enough to: get up and down stairs, lift 30 lbs, get down on your knees or in a squat position frequently through a shift.
- Must have a valid BC drivers license.
- Due to client security you will be required to complete a background check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
