**Responsibilities**
- Provides on-site IT support to the internal and external implementation teams.
- Promote the adoption of the Phoenix technology solution including, but not limited to, the deployment, ongoing support, and provision of technical training and other knowledge resources to key stakeholders and select end users.
- Actively seeks out issues, problems, and opportunities, and creates solutions through feedback from operational teams.
- Develop expertise to train staff by providing technical support and training to users with the use of the new manufacturing and construction technology system.
- Build working relationships with the project team and end users.
- Monitor performance and maintain site server and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation and respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages and assist other team members with technical issues and resolve reported problems.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Provides company wide implementation support.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc./B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, results-oriented and able to drive deadlines.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks.
- Results-oriented and able to drive deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies is an asset.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
