Fidelitix, a digital advertising agency based in Montreal, is seeking a bilingual SEM and SMM campaign manager to join a small creative team. We have a client base to satisfy daily according to the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Here are some of the challenges you’ll face with us:

- Create, maintain, and continuously optimize SEM and SMM ad campaigns for a client portfolio.
- Set up, analyze, and interpret data from measurement tools such as Hotjar, CRM, and GA4.
- Maximize campaign performance by analyzing results via GA4 and other visualization tools including Looker Studio.
- Support the sales team with campaign planning, online tracking, optimization, and preparing detailed reports.
- Create user segments based on data analysis or machine learning.
- Constantly seek to innovate our practices and participate in improving data management processes.
- Monitor industry trends by conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Perform other related tasks with a proactive and creative start-up mindset.

**How to Stand Out?** You'll definitely stand out if you have the following skills and abilities:

- A relevant college or university degree, or 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, managing SEM and SMM campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager platforms is a must.
- Problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Professionalism, versatility, independence, attention to detail
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Knowledge of programming, such as HTML, Javascript, SQL, Python (an asset).
