Be part of a winning team At Condor Security, you will develop skills that will last a lifetime through training and professional development opportunities while protecting people and their communities. **Condor Security is hiring a Mobile Patrol Guard in Toronto, On.** This is an opportunity for energetic, personable, communicative people to be part of the **BEST** and **HIGHEST PAYING** security teams in Toronto. **Why Should You Work with Us?** - Above-industry average wages & compensation structure **$19 per hour**: - Health and benefits package option**.**: - Join the best, most professional security team in Toronto. - Room for growth based on work performance and ability to meet expectations. - Opportunities to continually upgrade security-related knowledge and abilities through training initiatives and employee recognition programs. - Consumer Choice Award **What You’ll Do as a Mobile Patrol Guard**: - Home Protection Services and Mobile Response - Multitasking administrative duties - Effective communication and conflict resolution - Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld with Condor Employees - Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required - Professional attitude towards training (e.g., how to handle emergency conditions, communications training) **What You’ll Bring to the Team**: Mandatory - Valid Ontario Security Guard License in good standing - Full G License with Clean Driver’s Abstract - Able to pass a physical exam - Minimum 2 years of Security experience and 1 year of Mobile experience - Flexible working schedule/must be available regularly from 4pm-8am, including some weekends - Able to commit for 2-3 years in the role Also required - Excellent customer service skills - Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years - Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team - Outgoing personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level - Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage - Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an advantage - Works effectively and handles multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service This position is not a supervisor role however there is room for growth based on work performance and ability to meet expectations. **About Us**: **We are an award-winning company Voted the best security company in GTA’s Top Choice awards, Three Best Rated, and Best Businesses in Canada through CBRB** Established in 2001, Condor Security Inc. is a private security company providing security solutions, services, and training in the Greater Toronto Area.
