**The Position**:

- You will be on a fun team fulfilling your cleaning route for the day.
- Your job duties will include pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and Christmas light installation for our awesome clients using our industry-leading technology and equipment.
- We specialize in providing a very high level of service for our clients. We are looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented, people that take pride in their work.

**Who You Are**:

- You love working outdoors and have at least few years of experience in a working enviroment, we get on ladders every day, and we do some lifting. It is a physically demanding job.
- You get your workout every day (no need for a gym membership).
- You must be friendly, and you must care about providing best customer service possible.
- You MUST a valid class 5 BC driver's license (a requirement)

(you will drive company van ) The lead technician takes the van home every day.
- You MUST be comfortable working on extension ladders (24 ft & 32 ft) and working on a roof. We train our team members to safely harness and rope safety.
- You must be Hard-working, Hungry & Humble. We hire for attitude & character and we train for skill

**Compensation**:
$24/hour + Paid bonuses + Tips

Lead technician earns $26/hour

This is a contract position for first 3 months, after test out period, it will become permanent, if you are the right fit.

We are looking for part-time 3 days/week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours are between 7:30 AM - 5 PM, This position has a potential of becoming a full-time after a few months.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week
