**Store Manager - Hello Vintage, Canmore, Alberta**

Are you passionate about vintage fashion and creating a fun, engaging retail environment? Hello Vintage is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team in Canmore, Alberta

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Curate and maintain the store's unique vintage aesthetic
- Develop engaging, lighthearted social media content to promote the store
- Manage finances, including cash handling and pricing vintage items
- Adapt to new tasks and unexpected challenges with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
- Ensure a positive, fun, and productive store culture
- Proven retail management experience
- Passion for vintage clothing, costume, or fashion
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Keen interest in creating a fun and engaging social media presence
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage money and understand vintage pricing
- Must have proof of residence in the Bow Valley
