- Minimum of five years job experience as a journeyperson required.
- Residential and Commercial work experience preferred.
- City of Winnipeg Contractors License and Code Familiarity would be an asset.
- Work experience should be current.
- Teaching experience would be an asset.
- Strong computer literacy, communication and written skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Experience coaching students’ participation in industry work placements.
- Demonstrated ability to form positive partnerships within the industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) will be an asset.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Valid Red Seal Journeyperson Plumbing Trades Licence required.
- Enrollment in or completion of a provincially recognized teaching certificate program (including Vocational Teacher
- Educations Certificate) is an asset.
- A Classroom Limited Teaching Permit will be required if not currently certified to teach (the Division will assist the
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry.
- Respect In School or Commit to Kids certification.
- Review and comply with divisional policies and guidelines.
