**What you’ll do**
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:
- Audits Corporate Import Requisitions (CIRs) to ensure all mandatory information is completed on the Purchase Orders to facilitate smooth receipt and flow out of DC for goods purchased.
- Executes timely processing of CIRs, including categorization and standardized Regulatory Warehouse Planner instructions to meet the 48 hr. time-frame as per the Global CIR Standards for TJX Corporation
- Assists the Product Safety & Regulatory department to ensure all items ordered from GBO vendors have been reviewed and approved for sales in Canada
- Partners with buyers/sourcers to gather appropriate food nutritional information for label creation and escalating issues to DMM and GMM when necessary
**What you’ll need**
To begin your career with us, you’ll have:
- Minimum College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail or Business Management or equivalent Retail / Merchandise Operations experience an asset
- Excellent organizational skills including, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, multi-task and sometimes work under time pressure; ability to proactively plan for upcoming work load/activities; flexibility with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the business; ability to work independently requiring mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal and external parties.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with effective facilitation skills
