**Bomou Bakery **located at Eglinton and Bayview is looking for a Night Shift Baker's Assistant to join our team. Some baking experience is required and be familiar with French style bread. **As a Baker at Bomou Bakery, you will**:

- Work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
- You'll also work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean.

- Flexible hours and available for night shift

**Physical Requirements**:

- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping

**At least one year experience in baking is the must**

Bomou is an Artisanal French bakery located in downtown Bayview. All our baked goods are made on the same day they are sold, ensuring that everything is fresh and delightful. The company's success can be attributed to the quality of our product, the development of our people and our warm and friendly customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- baking: 1 year (required)
