**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist in food serving when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food industry settings, particularly in restaurant or bar environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and making accurate change
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to health regulations
