We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for the loading and unloading of LTL freight, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods.

**Job Requirements**:

- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Experience operating a forklift preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Greater Victoria Area
- Ability to lift freight up to 50 lbs
- Ready to work in a fast paced team environment
- Own means of transportation
- Clean criminal record check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Union position with a hire rate of $27.21/hr. increasing to $28.71 after completed probation period
- Comprehensive benefits package available including pension matching program available after successful completion of the probationary period.

Pay: Up to $28.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
