Dodge City Motors is expanding Our automotive service department currently has a unique opportunity for a customer focused individual with basic understanding of mechanics and the operation of a dealership service department. The duties of this position can be modified based on the skill set you may have to offer our dealership Individuals with experience using CDK systems or DealerConnect are strongly encouraged to apply

**This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri)**

**Your Day To Day**
- Tower operator/dispatcher for technicians
- Process and submit warranty claims for payment
- Following up with customer regarding their recent service experience
- Accounts receivable collections from fleet and lease customers
- Perform daily cash/close out duties
- Field incoming service calls, appointment scheduling

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a dealership or automotive setting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Reliability
- Team player who is flexible, and solution-driven with proactive problem solving skill
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions/processes and utilize common sense
- An enthusiasm for work and pride in a job well done
- A pleasant personality and attitude towards co-workers and customers
