**Position Summary**:
We’re currently looking for associates to work Downtown Toronto in our Gerrard Square and Chinatown locations. We also have opportunities to work in Scarborough and Markham and are continuing to expand

**What would a day look as a Retail Sales Associate at IQ Mobile?**

Assist and guide clients through making purchasing decisions while matching them with Koodo services, products, brand and values.
- Build and maintain a client base by ensuring high levels of customer service and support.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures.
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
- Maintaining a high level of operational excellence of the store including maintaining inventory that is neat & organized.
- Stay up to date with products, plans, and services.
- Must be Tri-lingual, the position _requires _fluency in English, Cantonese AND Mandarin
- Flexible to work in different locations, various hours (ranging from 9:30am-9:00pm)
- Previous experience in a customer service environment

Full-time hours: 35-44 per week
Part-time hours: 20-34 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
