**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confidently present and coordinate major treatment plans, including Crowns, Bridges, Invisalign, and Partials
- Track and follow up on insurance pre-determinations, and accurately calculate patient co-pays
- Maintain and update case statuses to reflect the progress of each patient's treatment
- Manage correspondence with specialists and referrals, including letters and follow-ups
- Assist with general administrative duties around the office as needed

Orthodontic experience is not required, but will be considered an asset

Pay: $26.50-$35.00 per hour
