Le superviseur distribution entretient des relations d’affaires axées sur la profitabilité des parties prenantes avec les distributeurs tout en maintenant une approche centrée sur les besoins du client. Il coordonne les mouvements du réseau de distribution et participe à divers projets d’amélioration.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Gère les activités quotidiennes reliées à son secteur (demandes de livraisons spéciales, certaines problématiques de clients, uniformes, ordinateurs de bord, cédules de livraison, etc'¦);
- Analyse et explique les coûts reliés aux opérations et s’assure du respect des budgets établis tout en identifiant des opportunités d’améliorations;
- Configure le réseau de distribution en fonction des objectifs du département et en assure le suivi périodique afin de mesurer son rendement et d’en augmenter son efficacité, tout en répondant au niveau de service visé pour les clients;
- Participe à différents comités afin d’optimiser les communications inter départementales pour augmenter les synergies potentielles.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique ou administration ou DEC en logistique avec une combinaison suffisante d’expérience;
- 3 ans d’expériences pertinentes;
- Bonnes connaissances des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie (un atout);
- Bilinguisme français et anglais, parlé et écrit pour interagir avec des partenaires Nord-Américains.
