The Specs
- Support the AGM/GM in leading your own passionate house TeeM - providing guidance, training and mentorship for staff
- Help run a successful restaurant with happy staff, excited guests and huge community support
- Collaborate with the AGM/GM, Operations Managers and work with the Ownership team to execute our successful business model
- Provide an amazing guest experience to all who visit the restaurant
- Training and execution on all the details - scheduling, reporting, safety, inventory management, financial management, special projects, everything it takes to run a well-oiled restaurant machine.

What You Bring
- Experience leading a medium to large full-service room
- Some exposure to budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality standards
- Strong team management skills and the ability to motivate others
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and self-starter skills
- A desire to learn and grow into senior management roles
- Understanding the plant-based lifestyle is an asset but not required
