Reporting to the Replenishment and forecast Director, your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate the replenishment of canned and frozen packaging materials to support the Planning Manager to maintain a highest level of customer service and controled inventory leves.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze sales forecasts by item / customer / DC to deploy products from various production facilities in North America and abroad;
- Plan deployment and ensure supply of packaging materials to various distribution centers;
- Coordinate purchase orders/releases to the different vendors based on sales forecast;
- Follow up with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to Distribution Centers;
- Track supplier contracts and request shipments based on sales demand, seasonality of production, logístical factors, etc.;
- Participate in weekly supply chain meetings / discussions to ensure a good fill rate / level of service;
- Provide solutions to any problem associated with replenishment;
- Prepare, maintain and review purchase order records;
- Maintain harmonious relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
- Analyze and control the forecast and the Inventory leves for packaging materials and finished goods.
- Follow up around the new items in the phase in, redesign, phase out and obsolete packaging items.

**PROFILE**:

- Bachelor degree in Administration, option Supply Chain or any 3-5 years related experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Proven team player, flexible to meet changing requirements.
