**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring all components are accounted for.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create comprehensive estimates and manage project data.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information for pricing.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements and scope.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Provide ongoing support during the bidding process, including responding to inquiries from clients or contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating, with a solid understanding of building processes and materials.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate cost assessment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $42,200.18-$88,378.05 per year
