**What you will be doing**:
As a Counter Sales / Warehouse Representative, you will work as part of a team and act as the face of Gerrie Electric, handling inquiries, ensuring that Gerrie Electric provides exceptional service to our valued customers, and that products are accurately picked, packed, shipped and received. You will also:
Grow and maintain relationships with customers (we have a lot of repeat customers)

Pricing, order entry, sourcing products, and expediting

Continuous learning of electrical, lighting and automation products and share your knowledge with customers

In-store merchandising of day-to-day stock, as well as new and promotional products

Picking, packing, shipping and receiving of Gerrie product.

Other duties as assigned (we’ll keep you busy)

**What you bring to the table**:
You build genuine connections with every customer

You are a master in the art of customer service and want to take that passion to the next level

Preferably a foundational knowledge of electrical products, but we’re willing to teach you

Ability to work efficiently and in a fast-paced environment

You have good communication skills and like the idea of working as part of a team
