We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for inspection, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems for residential and commercial properties. If you have a strong background in electrical work, low voltage systems, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems would be benificial.

**Duties**:

- Install and program alarm systems according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with alarm systems
- Test and verify system functionality after installation or repairs
- Provide training to customers on how to operate their alarm systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and low voltage wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills to detect and resolve issues with alarm systems
- Mechanical knowledge for proper installation and maintenance of alarm components
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- alarm technician: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CFAA (preferred)
