MetCap Living Management Inc. has an immediate opening for an Audit Coordinator at our Downtown Toronto office.

Jr. Audit Coordinator of Residential Operations will be responsible for reviewing and auditing all residential site and vacancy. Also responsible for communication of various standardized procedures, reporting to the Director and auditing their adherence to the procedures (including legislated requirements).

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Daily/weekly:

- Assist in gathering information for AGI hearing and vacancy ( rent ready)
- Review and audit all Ontario site
- Completing audits reports within 3 days of site audits
- Other administrative tasks as required of the Residential Administration Department
- Audit city work order permits
- Assist team with Tenant Appreciation events
- Complete weekly building audits and quality tours
- Other duties within the scope and purpose of the job, as requested by management
- Analyzes tenant satisfaction surveys and statistical results to identify trends and improvement initiatives
- Development of an audit checklist

Preferred Requirements:

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
