Reporting to the Team Leader, New Business Administration, the Analyst assumes administrative and corporate tasks in order to meet the departmental objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Test reinsurance treaties in the administration system
- Capture new business transactions provided by client’s reinsurance files in the administration system
- Analyze and complete new business transactions rejected by the automated capture process
- Draft correspondence to clients regarding the new business transactions requiring adjustments
- Prepare reinsurance invoices for clients
- Collaborate with the internal/external auditors and the administration teams in the audit mandates
- All other related work

**Requirements** Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent experience
- Perfectly bilingual French / English (written and verbal) - supporting clients in Quebec and the rest of Canada
- Good knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL, WORD and Outlook)
- Knowledge of the life insurance or life reinsurance fields, an asset

**Abilities**:

- Sense of logic, complexity and strong analytical skills
- Strong observational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work on several files at the same time
- Demonstrates organization, initiative, autonomy & proactivity skills
